Everense Connector lets Batigest send email over the web through Google Workspace (Gmail / G Suite). Multi-login, multi-mailbox, email templates. Google OAuth, no Google password stored at Everense.

Everense Connector

Everense Connector is an Everense application. It lets Batigest send email directly over the web, through the user's Google Workspace (Gmail / G Suite) account.

The app is built for Batigest / Sage business workflows: quotes, invoices, reminders, attachments. Sign-in uses Google OAuth. Everense does not store the Google password.

What Everense Connector does

  • Send email from Batigest without a local, unmanaged SMTP server.
  • Multi-login: several users, each with their own Google account.
  • Multi-mailbox: several Gmail / Google Workspace mailboxes, according to the access you grant.
  • Email templates, so you do not rewrite every message.

Everense is not a Sage partner, reseller or official support desk. Everense Connector connects your Batigest setup to Google Workspace.

  • Data used: the Google email you sign in with, and the Gmail permissions you accept on the Google consent screen (sending email from Batigest).
  • Why: to send the emails you start in Batigest, to the recipients you choose, with the templates and attachments you provide.
  • What we do not do: we do not sell this data, we do not hand it to third parties for advertising, we do not read your mailbox except to send the message you start.
  • Retention: the Google access tokens required to send mail. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account (Settings > Security > Third-party apps).
